SQL Server Reporting Services missing Print Button Icon

Recently we noticed that some users on IE11 suddenly where missing the SQL Server Reporting Services Print Button from the toolbar:-

No changes to code or servers where made. This was using SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) 2005 on a Windows 2003 Server.

Fix:-

Make sure on the client's PC the Web Page for the SSRS is set to compatibility view setting e.g:-
